A Trail To Water & Caves
The trail boasts sandstone bridges carved by the relentless forces of wind and water. The largest of these arches, known as the "Big Bridge," spans approximately 100 feet across and soars high above Vallecito Creek. Visitors can hike along the trail that leads to these majestic bridges, providing ample opportunities for stunning photographs and a closer look at the intricate rock formations.

The trailhead is situated approximately 40 miles southwest of Arnold, making it a convenient day trip for both locals and tourists. The drive from Arnold to Natural Bridges Trailhead typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on road conditions and traffic.
The trailhead is off Parrotts Ferry Road. You will need to look for the brown “Natural Bridges Day Use Area” sign on the side of the road.
