$95 a year for 10% off the nightly rate on direct stays, a bottle of local wine and late checkout. The most useful kind of support, because you get something back.
A one-time contribution of any size toward the care and improvement of the property. It buys no stay, credit or discount.
Two downloads, a browser extension in the works and two boxes we make and mail. Sincerely unnecessary, entirely funded into the chalet.

Membership
$95 a year for 10% off the nightly rate every time you book with us directly, plus a few small comforts that come with knowing the owners. Unlike a contribution, this one pays you back.
Applied to the nightly rate on every direct booking at Chalet Bruin and Koda Loft. It never applies to cleaning fees, pet fees or county occupancy tax. Holiday blackouts apply: Member and referral discounts don't apply to major holiday periods (Christmas and New Year, Thanksgiving week, and Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekends).

Two extra hours on your last morning when no one arrives the same day. Ask at least 24 hours ahead; it is subject to availability.
When someone books through your personal link and completes their stay, you earn a one-time extra 10% off your next stay's nightly rate — up to 30% off on a single booking when stacked with your member rate. Holiday blackouts apply, and a holiday booking doesn't use up a reward.
Book a tour or activity through one of our partner links while signed in, and once our partner settles the commission we pass a third of it back to you as stay credit toward the nightly rate on a future direct booking. On a 6% commission that is 2% back to you. Credit is posted only after the partner confirms the sale, expires 365 days after it is posted, has no cash value and never comes off cleaning fees, pet fees or county occupancy tax. Stay credit can't be used on a stay that includes a major holiday night either — the same blackout periods apply, and we may update the blacked-out dates for future stays with notice.

What we sell — downloads, a browser extension in the works, and made-to-order things we ship. Every dollar goes into the next round of work at the chalet.
Merch is a sale of goods from Rambling Media LLC, not a donation. It is not tax-deductible and does not include a stay, credit, discount or any ownership interest in the property. Digital items are licensed for personal use. Physical items are made to order and ship to United States addresses only. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it, based on your delivery address. Because each one is printed for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges; damaged, misprinted or undelivered orders are replaced or refunded when reported within 30 days.
