What does the 10% actually come off?

The nightly rate on direct bookings made through this site. It does not apply to cleaning fees, pet fees or county occupancy tax, and it cannot be applied to bookings made through a listing platform. Member and referral discounts don't apply to major holiday periods (Christmas and New Year, Thanksgiving week, and Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day weekends).

Do member benefits work over the holidays?

The wine and late checkout do. Do longer-stay discounts stack with my member rate?

Yes. The longer-stay discount is part of our rates, not a member reward, so it's separate from your 10% and isn't blacked out over the holidays. Longer stays save automatically: 5% off the nightly rate from 5 nights, 10% from 7 nights and 20% from 25 nights. The discount applies to nightly rent only, not the cleaning fee or tax, and applies all year including holidays.

How does late checkout work?

Members may request checkout as late as 1 PM instead of 11 AM. It is granted when no one arrives the same day and must be requested at least 24 hours before checkout. It is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

What happens when I refer a friend?

When someone books directly using your member link and completes their stay, you earn a one-time 10% reward that stacks on top of your member discount. Rewards apply to the nightly rate only, are capped in practice at 30% per stay and never exceed 50%, and they expire 365 days after they are posted.

Book a tour or activity through one of our partner links while signed in, and once our partner settles the commission we pass a third of it back to you as stay credit toward the nightly rate on a future direct booking. On a 6% commission that is 2% back to you.
